Now, vegan or plant-based friends can finally take the Impossible back home. The US-based food company has partnered with three local establishments in Hong Kong: coffee experts The Coffee Academics, artisanal smokehouse CFRT PIT and resident meat go-to, The Butcher’s Club as well as meal delivery service Gafell to bring the faux meat to consumers. The products are available in stores and online.

By partnering with the industry experts, Impossible Foods is helping the F&B business get back on its feet and allowing it to resell their inventory.

“The program is designed to help provide restaurants with an additional revenue stream for takeout orders and enable fans to cook Impossible meat at home for the first time,” Impossible Foods says.
