Looking for a gluten-free option? Seek Sweetpea Cafe’s “Persian Love” cake. This gorgeous Bundt cake has a pistachio-flavoured foundation with a rose glaze, embedded with kirsch macerated cherries. Reminiscent of a spring flower garden, its decoration of edible flowers and pistachio bits─ a signature style of the café─ make this cake impossible to ignore.
