1. Because you can explore the gastronomical innovations of Le Marche, an Art Central exclusive by Michelin star chef Philippe Orrico (POP-UP).

Helmed by Michelin star chef Philippe Orrico, Art Central’s flagship gastro-nom tent ‘Le Marche’ will serve innovative yet casual French fare with a charming ‘market’ theme. The Art Central exclusive pop-up is designed to portray the buzz and feel of a traditional European gourmet food market. The airy space will pay homage to a variety of cuisines, with a gastro-market serving lighter bites as well as heartier plates for any food-curious visitor. Charcuterie platters, classic Tuna Salade, and mains  such as the Teriyaki Beef Short Rib will only be some of the many surprises that awaits at Le Marche. Wine and cheese lovers can choose from a great selection of wines and crowd-stopping cheese plates by master fromagier Jeremy Evrard. Cocktails will also be served for those who seek something a little stronger, by legendary mixologist Giancarlo Mancino.

 

2. Because you can bite into the gloriously pinkish middle of Beef & Liberty’s Bacon Cheeseburger (STREET FOOD CENTRAL). 

Want to try a burger that’ll blow you away? Beef & Liberty has you covered! Along with a juicy medium-rare beef patty grilled to perfection, Beef & Liberty’s “Bacon Cheese” comes with Wick’s Manor English bacon, raclette cheese and caramelized onions to create an unforgettable burger that will leave you hungry for more.

 

3. Because you can treat yourself to the sweetness of Teakha’s chiffon cake (STREET FOOD CENTRAL).

Soft and pillowy, Teakha’s Strawberry and Roselle Cream Chocolate Chiffon Sandwich and Matcha Snow Chiffon Sandwich will melt your heart (such long names for such small cute things). Delicious cream, fresh fruit and nuts are ‘sandwiched’ between these adorable blocks of chiffon cake. Easy to carry, and not messy to eat, they’re exclusively designed for Art Central’s STREET FOOD CENTRAL.

If I had to choose something to swim in, it would definitely be Poke. Drown yourself with the huge variety of Poke that will be available this Art Central. Go for the classic Tuna Shoyu Onion or for a spicier touch, the Salmon Gochujang.

 

5. Because you can experience perfect fusion with Brickhouse’s pork belly tacos (STREET FOOD CENTRAL). 

We foodies know that tacos and Korean cuisine go really well together. Brickhouse has this done like an art with their fusion taco “Spicy Korean pork belly taco with Kimchi-style Napa Cabbage and Fresh Guacamole” sitting on a fresh corn tortilla, and a squeeze of lime. Don’t bother with the napkins, cos this one will have you licking your fingers.
