Happy New Year from the WOM team! We’ve been working on our New Year’s resolutions for a few months now, which we are thrilled to be sharing with WOM fans. We begin with our biggest undertaking: relaunching and rebranding WOM. This involves a fantastic new logo, a new website design (in phases), new concepts, new segments, and a new social media direction.
To get the word out there about our exciting relaunch we will be presenting a scrumptious WOM Guide pop-up at Tong Chong Street Market each Sunday throughout January. In collaboration with Impossible Foods and two of our guest chefs, our celebratory food truck will feature WOM-exclusive, vegetarian-friendly dishes from the super-talented Chef May Chow of Little Bao and Chef Saito Chau of John Anthony, using the Impossible Foods’ alt-meat patty. We’re excitedly counting down the days till this relaunch, and to celebrate the occasion, we’ll be giving away WOM-exclusive chopsticks so don’t forget to drop by our pop-up.
Chef May Chow’s “Little Bao” features a choice of one or two Impossible patties, cheddar cheese, lettuce and a secret sauce.
Chef Saito Chau will be serving two dishes: Mini lion’s head, a Chinese braised ball, and the Beetroot puffa flaky pastry puff made of beetroot puree, filled with impossible meat and a house-secret black pepper sauce.

The WOM Guide pop-up will run at Tong Chong Street Market every Sunday until the end of January, with Chef May Chow’s dishes available on January 6 and 13, and Chef Saito Chau’s on January 20th and 27th. Come party with us!
