ICYMI (but how could you have?), your neighbourhood friendly bakery Bakehouse has opened its second branch in Soho this November.
Continuing to capture Hong Kongers’ hearts (and tummies) with its breads and pastries, it should not come as a surprise that it has become a favourite of WOM and most of the city. After all, nothing says “I love you” better than carbs, right?
Not a stranger to the pastry scene, Gregoire Michaud has not only amassed over two decades of experience but multiple accolades sprinkled throughout - including the 2013 Best Pastry Chef Award. And since Bakehouse opened back in 2018, the artisanal bakery continues to evolve in selection from pastries to viennoiseries and everything in between.
