When Young Master Brewery first opened in 2013, they kickstarted the craft brewing movement in Hong Kong. Now one of the most highly regarded craft breweries in Asia, Young Master will host Hong Kong’s very first Invitational Beer Festival, bringing together a small group of top-tier independent breweries from Beijing, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, the U.S. and Hong Kong for the city’s first themed beer festival of its kind.

Serving up more than 60 different beers in a free flow tasting format, the two-day festival will be organized into four beer-style themed sessions, think hop-forward beers, sour beers, beers with contrasting alcohol content, and unique beers that defy categorization.

The festival will be held at the Ovolo Southside Hotel in Wong Chuk Hang, with special offers at the hotel’s dining venues running throughout the event. Highlights include brunch at Komune and the after party with a live DJ. Held on 26th and 27th of May, this is a one off chance for beer enthusiasts to interact with up-and-coming breweries and hear their distinctive stories first-hand while enjoying their beers.
