Mak's Noodle

With its roots in Guangzhou, Mak’s Noodle specialises in wonton noodles and has multiple branches in Hong Kong, as well as in Singapore. In order to prevent the noodles from becoming soggy, it serves the dish in small portions, typically using rice bowls. The noodles are thin and springy and the prawns in the wontons are satisfyingly meaty.
