Royal Caviar Club introduces the first-ever caviar workshop experience in Hong Kong
Learn everything there is to know about caviar (and then some!) from expert Oksana Dragun at none other than, Royal Caviar Club. Followed by a tasting of five different types of caviar, the two-hour caviar appreciation class (HK$1,500 per person) grants you all the history, fun facts and even proper etiquette of dealing with this gem of the sea. Or you could take up your caviar experience several notches with a 5-course caviar pairing experience (HK$2000 per person) curated by chef Nicholas Chew of Guerilla Lab.
Le Garçon Saigon turns 5!
One of our favourite Black Sheep restaurants, Le Garçon Saigon is celebrating their fifth anniversary all month long! Marking half a decade of service, the Wan Chai Saigonese grill house is bringing back FIVE (duh, of course!) of its signature must-try for the entire month of November. Highlights include the classic and crispy Bánh Xèo (HK$198), with lap cheong, prawns, mung beans and bean sprouts, and or the exquisite Tiger Prawns (HK$168) with tomato beurre noisette. Available from 1 November until 13 December, the Rose-mantic Strawberry Afternoon Tea (HK$488 for two persons) presents strawberry and rose-infused pastries and savouries (as the name suggests!).
