Providing start-to-finish solutions to restaurant owners, HEYPARK aims to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining the process and going cashless. Via HKT O2O DIY solution platform, merchants can instantaneously update and revamp menus as they see fit with a push of a few (virtual!) buttons. “We are always looking for new ways to make our customers' lives easier when it comes to ordering, and HEYPARK's system is super easy to navigate and order through. It is also very nicely presented and highlights our brand nicely,” Elliot positively remarks about the app’s design.
And staying true to their focus on customer convenience, the app accepts a total of 9 different payment methods including Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Tap & Go, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Easily supporting self-ordering and takeaway services, this grants diners the opportunity to eat out (with social distancing measures in place) again.
