Harbourside Grill lands on top of the Victoria Harbour

Sensational steakhouse Harbourside Grill has just opened atop TST institution Ocean Terminal, for a multi-faceted dining experience like no other and views of the Victoria Harbour. Helmed by executive chef Armand Sablon whose resume included an impressive stint at three-Michelin-starred Auberge de l’lll in Alsace in France under Marc Haeberlin. The expansive 80-guest outdoor terrace in addition to the indoor seating presents a grill-centric menu drizzled with French finesse - a match made in culinary heaven.

Step up your lunch game with their seasonal set (HK$208 for two courses or HK$238 for three courses plus 10 per cent) available on weekdays from 12 pm to 2:30 pm. Highlights include their USDA-certified premium ribeye cooked in a Spanish Josper Grill and the Seared Hokkaido scallops with slow-cooked crispy pork belly, curried cauliflower purée, capers and golden raisins. For a little day drinking (it’s 2 am somewhere), sip on signature cocktails such as the Sherry Cobbler with Fino sherry, fresh grapefruit juice, St Germaine liqueur, fresh pineapple juice, and a dash of honey water or the Shades of Ray with vodka, almonds, beetroot and fresh lime.
