Scarlett Cafe and Wine Bar
It’s 5 o’clock somewhere! At Scarlett, there’s no such thing as too early with their late afternoon happy hour offering. Choose a glass from the casual cafe’s lengthy wine menu of different reds and whites and pair it with a sharing platter with premium cold cuts or oysters, and have double because it’s all half price.

Ned Kelly’s Last Stand
Longstanding Tsim Sha Tsui pub Ned Kelly’s Last Stand may just hold the record for the longest happy hour in town. A go-to for locals and tourists alike, it’s still one of the few places to catch live jazz in Hong Kong, with their Dixieland band having delighted crowds for nearly 50 years.
