Beach egg hunt @ Bathers
Our favourite choice for a beachy family brunch this Easter, complete with Easter egg hunt is Bathers. Situated on Lantau’s Lower Cheung Sha Beach, Bathers will be serving a semi-buffet featuring a selection of cold cuts, cheese and salads along with a choice of mains and desserts. There will also be egg hunts in the sand, with special gifts and games for little ones throughout the day. We expect this to be a popular choice so larger groups are advised to book in advance.
A F-Easter @ Commissary

Commissary has always been a popular choice for holiday celebrations, and we’re excited about the prospects of its all-you-can-eat F-Easter brunch. It’s the same rodeo of American classics, but with a lot more finger food and a variety of Easter activities for the family. Highlights include Mac’n’cheese, Banana pancakes, Honey-glazed pineapple ham and Simnel cake. Children can seek out Easter eggs hidden throughout the restaurant and outdoor garden. There are two seatings with tickets available on Ticketflap. An Italian Easter @ Spasso
Spasso is hosting an Easter brunch featuring seasonal Italian specialities, such as the Torta pasqualina, a savoury pie featuring Swiss chard from Liguria. Other regional highlights include Fava bean focaccia from Sardinia, Artichoke and ricotta pie from Lazio, Lamb polpettine, a meatball stew from Calabria, and Roast lamb from Sardinia. There will also be chocolate Easter bunnies, hot cross buns, an Easter egg hunt, and an egg decorating workshop and competition (dining voucher prizes), and a clown.Easter Bunny selfies @ Harbourside
Harbourside’s elaborate brunch buffet is getting an egg-citing new egg station for Easter, featuring scrambled eggs with truffle, and omelettes with foie gras. The dessert section will also be chock full of Easter-inspired goodies. The Easter Bunny will also make an appearance and will be available for selfies, or more aptly wefies. Add to this chocolate egg decorating workshops, magicians and balloon twisters and this is looking like quite the party.Egg centric brunch @ Komune
Komune is hosting an egg centric brunch featuring a semi-buffet, seasonal mains, free-flow packages, Easter arts and crafts activities for the kids and a cheerful live band. Eggy mains include Poached eggs with truffle hollandaise, and a Fried chicken sandwich with sunny side up egg. There is also an ice cream station complete with boozy garnishes for parents. Guests will also receive a goodie bag of chocolate truffles to take home.
