This one doesn’t need any introduction, mince pies are crumbly pies filled with fruit & nuts. Aberdeen street social is serving up tiny versions of their mince pies with a unique pastry that crosses between a suet pastry and the pate brisee pastry used in Cantonese chicken pie. The pie is filled with a sweet and treacly mixture of dried fruits, a medley of not too sour, and not too sweet. Perfect.
