MEATS Opens in SoHo this October

If you’re looking for a giant meaty dinner that doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket, MEATS is just the right place. Set to open in mid-October on Staunton Street in the bustling neighbourhood of Soho, MEATS is set to be a no reservations, no service-charge, casual, fuss-free restaurant where you roll your sleeves and dig right into meaty delights. 

Chef Paddy McDermott, a.k.a. The master of meat will be serving a regularly rotated menu consisting of rustic porchetta, fall-off-the-bone lamb shoulder or his choice meat of the day. Using innovative cuts of meat and marinating techniques such as jalapenos, Scechuan peppercorns and coffee and mastered smoking and grilling techniques, chef McDermott serves tender, flavorful meat that will keep you wanting more. If you can’t decide what you want from the menu, select the sharing platter for a taste of everything! Sip on an affordable selection of draft beers, hand-crafted cocktails and wines by the glass.
