DIY Korean Veggie Burger in 10 min
Today we have Chef Christine who will demonstrate to us how to make a Korean Veggie Burger using Vegetarian Chicken and Kimchi... Fast, simply and easy, this recipe can be done within 10 minutes!
5 strips of vegetarian chicken, a brand of your choice.
1/2 a cup of Kimchi
A handful of sliced carrots
A handful of sliced vegetables of your choice
2 Burger buns
2 tsp of Korean Gochujang (spicy sauce)
1 tsp of sesame oil 1
1 tsp of Agave Syrup (or any other syrup you prefer)
1. Tear the veggie meat and marinate with the spicy sauce and sesame oil for 10 minutes.2. Stir-fry the veggie meat until fragrant and let it cool down.
3. In a bowl, add the cooked veggie chicken, diced kimchi, sliced carrots and any other sliced vegetables of your choice. Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the mixture.
4. Cut the burger bun in half, put some lettuce on it, and place the chicken, kimchi and vegetable mixture gently on top. Enjoy!
