Just a few weeks left till the annual food festival, Taste of Hong Kong 2019, which runs from 21-24 March at Central Harbourfront.

We are surprised to see less restaurants taking part this year, and there seems to be more a focus on newer restaurants, with over half the list having opened within the past twelve months.

New restaurant and Taste newcomers: Francis, Haku, Artemis & Apollo, Old Bailey, Flying Elk, Ichu Peru, John Anthony, Bibo x Silencio X The Ocean. Not as new but Taste newcomers: Chom Chom, Hoi King Heen. There are also the super popular Taste veterans: Little Bao, ZUMA, Pici, with international guest: Gelato Messina.

Tickets to attend start from HK$98, with a variety of packages available, with dishes starting from HK$50 each.
