Spring bamboo at Crystal Jade Jiang Nan

From now through April, Crystal Jade Jiang Nan – in Wan Chai and Yuen Long – pays homage to the spring bamboo with a menu dedicated to the south Yangtze River speciality, a sweet, nutty, savoury and crunchy delicacy similar to the heart of palm.
Classic dishes include sauteed Mandarin fish fillets with spring bamboo shoot and preserved vegetables and spring bamboo tossed with spicy sauce. Others include braised pork belly and sauteed beef tenderloin slices, braised spring bamboo shoot.
Diners may also want to try new desserts: fried pumpkin , green dumplings with red bean stuffing.
