Salt & Barrel opening in June

With BlackSalt being a firm favourite of ours, we’re beyond excited by Chef Taran Chadha’s latest concept, Salt & Barrel, a Taproom & Kebaberie restaurant due to open mid-June. Inspired by the history of kebabs, Chef Taran is once again set to tantalise taste buds with his unique spice blends and modern adaptation of age-old cooking techniques.

The beverage program is equally impressive. Salt & Barrel is a partnership with local breweries, Black Kite, Kowloon Bay, and The Tramline Liquor Co., and will offer 15 taps of rotating local and imported craft beers and other craft beverages.
