Hop on over to Beef and Liberty's Wan Chai outpost every weekend to join its green egg barbecue alfresco shindig.
There's free-flow barbecue, salads and accompaniments, beer and wine and a build-your-own Bloody Mary station. The menu alternates every other week, featuring might and meaty pork shoulder and ribs or fresh whole salmon. Desserts include a hearty apple crumble decadent brownies and much more.
