Chef Paddy McDermott, a.k.a. The master of meat will be serving a regularly rotated menu consisting of rustic porchetta, fall-off-the-bone lamb shoulder or his choice meat of the day. Using innovative cuts of meat and marinating techniques such as jalapenos, Scechuan peppercorns and coffee and mastered smoking and grilling techniques, chef McDermott serves tender, flavorful meat that will keep you wanting more.
