Chef May Chow of Little Bao, chef Nathan Green of Rhoda and chef Bao La of Le Garçon Saigon are joining forces with Vans to celebrate the House of Vans 2017. Held at Central Harbourfront from 6 October to 7 October 2017, this small pop-up store will feature a variety of soul food and innovative cocktails from California. Delicacies include The Nose Blunt (Vietnamese jerk chicken wings with garlic sauce, pickled lotus and waffles), The McTwist (marinated chicken thigh, roasted red pepper, piri piri hot sauce in a muffin bun), and The Ollie (grilled chicken thigh, peanut butter, chilli, sichuan peppercorn, and scallion waffle).
