Spring is here! And there’s nothing better than flowers, fragrances, romance and CAKE to remind us of our favourite season. Here are some of the most instagrammable, most insta-fabulous cakes you don't want to miss out on this spring.

Lady M – Rose Mille Crêpes.

The Rose Mille Crêpes cake is a rose-flavoured addition to Lady M New York’s bestselling Mille Crepes cake collection. Rose-infused pastry cream holds together twenty delicate layers of handmade crêpes, with a garnish of sweet rose jelly and edible rose petals on top. The cake itself is fragrant and the pastry cream is absolutely addictive. If spring had a flavour, this has got to be it.

Sugar Me Kissery – Cherry Blossom Cake

Cherry blossoms are the ultimate sign of spring, as they bloom and fall gracefully throughout the spring months…only to disappear shortly after. So best not to miss this “Cherry Blossom Cake” from Sugar Me Kissery, a light chiffon cake, shaped like a cherry blossom and covered with buttercream. You’ll be pleasantly surprised with the edible cherry blossoms that are encased between the layers of the cake. On top of the cake are rose decorations made with Korean Buttercream─ a new flowery trend in cake-baking this season.

Ms. B's Cakery – Royal Bloom

The Royal Bloom cake certainly stood out this season. With its shiny gold buttercream and exquisite sugar-art peony, it’s peculiar, delicious and absolutely gorgeous on the camera. It comes in three different cake flavours: chocolate fudge, red-velvet and vanilla. If you’re looking for some sweet luxury this spring, this cake is the your best bet.

Vive Cake Boutique – Smitten With You

These adorable, dreamy and princess-y cakes are a part of Vive Cake Boutique’s new February collection. Our favourite, is the “Smitten With You” cake with the huge ice-cream cone on the top. The “Smitten With You” is a red velvet cake with cream-cheese filling, decorated with adorable placements of macarons, silver edible pearls and an ice-cream cone. The flower theme and lovely pastel colour palette make these cakes perfect for the springtime.

Sweetpea Café – Persian Love

Looking for a gluten-free option? Seek Sweetpea Cafe’s “Persian Love” cake. This gorgeous Bundt cake has a pistachio-flavoured foundation with a rose glaze, embedded with kirsch macerated cherries. Reminiscent of a spring flower garden, its decoration of edible flowers and pistachio bits─ a signature style of the café─ make this cake impossible to ignore.
