Crab season is here!

October means three things– halloween, PSL, and here in Hong Kong, the beginning of CRAB SEASON! Man Ho Chinese Restaurant and JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong are planning on taking full advantage of crab season with a variety of dishes, highlighting the umami and freshness of the crustacean throughout October this year.
From 3 to 31 October, 2017 Executive Chinese Chef Jayson Tang of Man Ho will be serving his signature Steamed hairy crab roe and crab meat dumpling in lobster soup, the Baked hairy crab roe and crab meat stuffed in Portobello mushroom and the Inaniwa udon with hairy crab roe and crab meat.
If you’re still hungry for crab, head to JW Cafe for an all-you-can-eat crab fest, where Executive Sous Chef Tony Wong has created tasty dishes with a variety of fresh crabs, including mud crab, king crab leg, snow crab leg, and red crab. This buffet session will be held from October 2 - 29 and costs $738 for adults, $548 for child aged 3 to 11 years from Monday- Thursday, and $798 for adults, $588 for child aged 3 to 11 years from Friday – Sunday, Public Holidays and Public Holiday Eve.
