Taste of Hong Kong 2018

Now on its third year, Taste of Hong Kong returns March 22-25 at Central Harbourfront with 20 restaurants, about three-quarters of which are new to the festival.  

These include: Black Salt, Bo Innovation, Caprice, Chachawan, Forbidden Duck, Frantzen’s Kitchen, Foxgove, Little Bao, Haku, Happy Paradise, New Punjab Club, One Harbour Road, Pici and Yardbird. Duddell’s, Okra and Zuma return this year as well. Poem Patisserie, the dessert-only restaurant of Vicky Lau – voted Best Female Chef by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2015 – will also be present with a dessert-only menu, a first for the festival.

As in previous years, guests can anticipate dishes exclusive to Taste, as well as a limited edition ‘Icon Dish’ per restaurant.

London’s Bubbledogs and Sydney’s Black Star Pastry will also be joining the lineup through the festival’s four days, with the latter participating as part of the leadup to their Hong Kong opening.
