WASHU FES Sake Festival in Hong Kong 2017
Event starts from : 07 Apr 2017

SakeFes Hong Kong will hold its first Washu Fes HK, in partnership with Mira Mall. The festival will celebrate the growing popularity of traditional Japanese liquor. With a total of 100 Japanese producers participating, over 300 kinds of Japanese sake, umeshu, shoshu, awamori and the rare kyoshu (vintage sake) will be available to be experienced and purchased. We are most excited for Kyoshu, the vintage sake from Daruma Masamune. Aged for 20 years, this sake has a golden brown colour (rather than the usual clear or translucent white). It is known for its silky smooth mouthfeel, with a nutty hint and a mellow aroma.
