Australian celeb chef Luke Mangan takes you on an oceanic journey

 Australian celebrity chef Luke Mangan will be cooking up a six or eight-course dinner showcasing his signatures using the finest ingredients straight from Australia. This 11-day pop-up restaurant at the Conrad Hong Kong will focus greatly on Chef Mangan’s signature seafood dishes. Some of these signatures include: Australian kingfish served sashimi style with zesty ginger, eschalot & Persian feta and crab organic egg omelette with enoki mushrooms. There’s also a little ‘social media game’ where diners can win a chance to win a round-trip ticket to Melbourne for two.
