Yes, Shake Shack's doing a pop-up

We are itching, just as much as you are, to sink our teeth into a ShackBurger and wash it down with one of those glorious milkshakes.

But until those IFC rooftop doors open there’s really not much we can do but wait. And try other burger challenges (not complaining, that was pretty good). And debate the city’s best-looking restaurant loo.

Now someone must’ve heard our incessant ‘Is it open yet?’ and decided to dole out some mercy, because while Shake Shack Hong Kong has still not opened, there will be a pop-up.

That's right - on Saturday, 14 April, 11AM-4PM at the IFC Atrium, 1/F.

We hear the atrium's going to be transformed into some kind of park for the pop-up, as a bit of an homage to the first store that opened at Madison Square Park.

Now we know there'll be queues, but at least waiting in line doesn't feel as eternal as waiting for these guys to finally open.
