The Drunken Pot

Classic hot pots are re-imagined here, with the signature '5-in-1 drunken pot’ lit up with an edible flaming papaya. Dim sum is only available at lunchtimes in the Causeway Bay branch, with creations like the 'drunken penguin', cute, penguin-shaped steamed buns filled with lotus seed paste, and the 'drunken mon' pink, butterfly shaped steamed dumplings with a cheese, kimchi, shrimp and pork filling.

WOM recommends: Flaming drunken prawns broth, modern dim sum.
