Fish School

Tucked away in Sai Ying Pun, this restaurant’s modern interior houses three fish tanks of fresh catches. Signatures here include the moreish mantis shrimp popcorn and the perfectly balanced Chiu Chow marinated raw crab with sea urchin and rice. There’s a blackboard displaying the catches of the day cooked in a variety of ways and there are options for the carnivorous too. The cocktails and beautifully plated desserts here are also worth trying.

WOM recommends: Tomato with ricotta, molasses and pancetta, snapper ceviche with uni and shrimp oil.
