China Tang Landmark

The Hong Kong post of David Tang‘s famous London restaurant is elegantly designed with flower- patterned furniture. The menu offers dishes from Guangzhou, Jiangnan and Beijing – signature dishes include red wine-flavoured goose liver terrine and more familiar dishes such as traditional Beijing roast duck.
