Helmed by Umberto Bombana, this excellent Italian restaurant serves dishes such as the Tajima short rib and beef tenderloin that’s cooked to perfection in a red wine and plum sauce with whipped potato. Desserts include a twist on the classic tiramisu, which is served as a trio alongside a warm coffee tart and crunchy coffee ice cream. The bar here is a show stopper – try The Optimist, a Barcadi-based cocktail with lime juice, honey water and ginger.

WOM recommends: Tajima short rib and beef tenderloin, homemade maccheroni, blue lobster ragout with sea urchin.
