Full House just opened in Hung Hom near the popular Japanese fish market. So you can count on them to have the freshest of freshest seafood items. Full House is for those looking for their new go-to fancy Chinese, with decadent signatures including their King crab duet, steamed king crab legs with egg white and many other king crab dishes served picturesque on a king crab shell. Shop 9, G/F, 8 Tak Fung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, 31690880, facebook.com/fullhouseseafoodhk
J’s Bar Bistro

Located inside The Royal Garden Hotel, this elegant bar and bistro has a classic European style with wooden floors, marble tables and fashionable chairs. The light, casual menu is creatively designed and includes everything from tapas, yakitori and a wide selection of cheeses. Highlights on the menu include Heirloom tomato, balsamic and mustard sorbet, Pan-fried scallops with cauliflower and Avruga caviar, Mini wagyu beef burger, prepared by award-winning Head Chef Lui Wang-chi. 2/F, The Royal Garden, 69 Mody Road, Tsimshatsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong, 2733 2088, js-bar-bistro
Symphony by Jade

Operated by Maxim’s Chinese cuisine, this new restaurant overlooks the Victoria Harbour and presents the best contemporary Cantonese cuisine, offering a gorgeous view along with great food. Delicacies include deep-fried prawns with mango mayonnaise dressing, fried cod fillets with spicy sauce on crispy rice cracker and braised beef briskets in curry sauce. Osteria Marzia

Located on the ground floor of the star-ferry themed Fleming Hotel, Osteria Marzia serves up tasty dishes from the Southern Coast of Italy. Jamie’s Deli

For those looking for a new sandwich spot, give Jamie’s Deli a try. Featuring classic italian or NY-italian sandwiches with a healthy twist, Jamie’s Deli will be a quick in-n-out type of eatery for simple lunch meals, sandwiches and salads. It’s not the newest or the most innovative of openings, but sometimes when it’s lunch time, you’re just looking for a simple bite. Shop 412, Level 4 Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, 37583333, facebook.com/JamiesdeliHK
Sushi Taki

An artistic rendition of omakase eating, this new sushi spot is perfect for a leisurely and zen Japanese dining experience. We recommend going for the omakase in the daytime, their brightly-lit and minimalist interior brings about a, nearly, therapeutic experience. The sushi here is intense, extensive and impossibly fresh. Their rice is their in-house secret, and their passionate chefs, the magicians. 17F, 17-19 Ashley Road, TsimShaTsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, 2706 2028, facebook.com/sushitaki

Yojimbo
Mysterious new bar and restaurant is opening in Central. Yojimbo will be transporting guests to the underground world of vintage Japanese nightlife. We don’t know enough about the place as of yet, but we hear the interior will be -revolutionary-. 37 Pottinger Street, Central, Hong Kong, 2576 1717, diningconcepts.com/Yojimbo
