Taking it’s name from the premium caviar Almas Persicus caviar, Almas Caviar Bar is the only Asian retailer of this highly coveted caviar which is found in the Acipenser Persicus sturgeon of the Caspian Sea. Situated on Level 102 of the Ritz-Carlton, Almas seats seven guests, offering relaxed intimacy surrounded by leather furnishings and is softly lit by a chandelier.

The Joomak in Harbour City is Steve Lee’s first venture outside of South Korea, having established the original Joomak in 2004.  In the midst of the Korean fusion craze in Hong Kong, The Joomak serves up more traditional Korean dishes with a modern twist.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa needs little introduction. With restaurants all over the world, he has been firmly established in the SAR for nine years. Nobu at the InterContinental was his first Asian opening outside of his native Japan. Whilst he was in launching his ‘Autumn In Kyoto’ menu, we were lucky enough to grab him for a chat and sample some of the fantastic menu.
